ملخص البحث

 استهدفت هذه الدراسة عن معرفة الإمام القرطبي ومنهجه في تفسيره "الجامع لأحكام القرآن" عرضاً وتطبيقياً من سورة التوبة. من حيث التعرّف على الإمام، تحدث عن مولده ونشأته ورحلاته في طلب العلم وشيوخه وتلاميذه، وإسهاماته العلمية والعملية وتضحياته في خدمة القرآن والإسلام. ومن حيث المنهج، لخّص الباحثون مناهجه في كتابة تفسيره بشكل شامل ومختصر، لتسهيل الاطلاع عليها والاستفادة منها. الأهم فيها ما استخرج الباحثون مناهجه المتّبعة من سورة التوبة نموذجيا. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي استقراءا من الكتب والمجلات والدوريات. ثم المنهج التحليلي بتحليل المناهج وتدقيقها وتطبيقها على الأمثلة من سورة التوبة. وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج ومنها: أن المفسر لا بدّ من تتوافر لديه المعرفة بعدد من العلوم لكي يشرح الآيات بأسلوب شامل ودقيق. والإمام القرطبي رحمه الله هو المثل الجامع في هذا الميدان التفسير، الذي نهج أكثر من عشرين منهجاً نافعاً في تفسيره. توصي الدراسة بالاهتمام في الدراسات التفسيرية وتحقيق مناهج المفسيرين فيها لكي يربطها في معالجة تفسير العصر المعاصر.

The exegetical approach in al-Jami’ liahkam al-Quran by Imam Al-Qurtubi and its application in Surat al-Tawba: An analytical study 

Abstract

 This study aims to present a short biography of Imam al-Qurtubi (Ra.) along with his methodology in renowned tafseer “Al-Jame’ li-Ahkamil Qur’an”. In the first chapter it narrates the life of Imam Qurtubi (Ra.): his birth, childhood, study, teachers and students name, travel for acquiring knowledge and his contribution in various fields of knowledge. In the second chapter it shows the methodology of Imam Qurtubi (Ra.) in a very holistic way. The main focus here is to apply the methodologies in Surah al-Tawba intensively. This research used the inductive approach to collect information through the books, journals and various works. Then the analytical method to analyze the methodology of Imam Qurtubi (Ra.) with examples from Surah al-Tawba. The researchers reached conclusions, the most important of which is that a Mufassir should have in-depth in various field of Knowledge. So that he can explain Quranic verses in very profound and accurate way. Imam Qurtubi (Ra.) is one of the great examples in the field of tafseer, who exercised more than twenty methodologies in his Book. This research also suggested to comprehensive studies between Usul at-Tafseer and Manahij at-Tafseer that we can address our modern context with it properly.
