KEPIMPINAN INSTRUKSIONAL ABAD KE-21 DAN AMALAN KOMUNITI PEMBELAJARAN PROFESIONAL DALAM KALANGAN GURU BESAR DI MALAYSIA

Abstract


Kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 merupakan gaya kepimpinan yang bersesuaian dan relevan untuk diamalkan dalam pentadbiran dan pengurusan sekolah untuk membantu guru besar atau pengetua menangani perubahan yang begitu pesat. Komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) merupakan suatu amalan yang mampu membantu meningkatkan kualiti pendidikan dan mewujudkan sekolah berkesan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti tahap kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 guru besar dan amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) serta pengaruh kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 guru besar terhadap amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) di sekolah. Pengkaji telah menggunakan kajian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan melalui soal selidik. Kebolehpercayaan soal selidik pada nilai ɑ = 0.98. Teknik persampelan rawak sistematik digunakan untuk mengutip data dalam kalangan populasi 853 orang guru besar sekolah rendah di negeri Perak dan saiz sampel seramai 266 orang. Dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi dalam menjawab persoalan kajian. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 guru besar dan amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) di sekolah pada tahap tinggi dengan skor min 4.14 dan 4.16. Hasil kajian turut menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 guru besar mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dan positif serta hubungan yang kuat dengan amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) di sekolah. Kajian ini menjelaskan bahawa kepimpinan instruksional abad ke-21 guru besar memberi kesan ke atas amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional (PLC) di sekolah.
