KEPERCAYAAN DALAM KOMUNITI SEBAGAI FAKTOR DALAM MELESTARIKAN BUDAYA KPP DI SEKOLAH

Abstract


Pelaksanaan Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional (KPP) yang efektif di sekolah bukanlah suatu perkara yang mudah, malah memerlukan usaha yang jitu daripada pelbagai pihak. Justeru, faktor kepercayaan dalam komuniti sekolah dilihat berpotensi menjadi faktor penting untuk melestarikan KPP dan membina budaya yang positif di sekolah. Namun, faktor ini masih kurang dikaji secara mendalam dan jarang diterokai dalam literatur. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka faktor kepercayaan dari aspek definisi, elemen-elemen, konsep dari perspektif Islam, sumber-sumber serta peranannya dalam melestarikan budaya KPP di sekolah. Bagi merealisasikan tujuan tersebut, kaedah kajian kepustakaan digunakan dalam kajian ini. Hasil dapatan menunjukkan faktor kepercayaan antara pentadbir, rakan sekerja, murid, dan ibu bapa dapat membina komuniti sekolah yang saling hormat-menghormati, bersangka baik, dan bersikap terbuka. Kesimpulannya, kepercayaan yang tinggi dalam komuniti, dapat menyokong perjalanan KPP di sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dapatan kajian ini memberi implikasi terhadap kepentingan faktor kepercayaan untuk diterapkan di sekolah kerana peranannya terhadap hubungan kolaboratif dan perkongsian amalan guru dalam KPP.
