Abstract

The adolescent stage marks the beginning of an individual's development towards maturity. From an Islamic perspective, adolescents are considered to have reached maturity, often referred to as "baligh." During adolescence, this group experiences a transition between childhood and adulthood. At this stage, rapid changes occur, including biological, physical, mental, emotional changes, as well as shifts in responsibilities and roles. To balance these changes, adolescents often face problems and conflicts, leading to emotional tension and stress. This period is characterized by turbulence and pressure, involving a journey filled with idealistic understanding, goal achievement, rebellion against elders, intimacy, emotional pressure, and suffering.
