Analisis Komparatif Ḥadīth Al-Raḥmah Al-Musalsal Bi Al-Awwaliyyah Riwayat Qāḍī Quḍāh Al-Jin Shamharūsh Al-Ṣaḥābī

Abstract


Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menilai, membanding dan menjelaskan keabsahan periwayatan ḥadīth al-Raḥmah al-Musalsal bi al-Awwaliyyah yang diriwayatkan oleh dua orang tokoh ahli hadis terkemuka pada abad ke-20 dari Moroko iaitu al-Ḥāfidh Aḥmad bin Muḥammad al-Ṣiddīq al-Ghumārī (1380 H) dan al-Muḥaddith Muḥammad cAbd Al-Ḥayy Al-Kattānī (1382 H/1962 M) yang bersambung rantaian sanad mereka berdua kepada Shamharūsh iaitu perawi jin yang mendakwa dirinya sebagai sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kajian ini memfokuskan kepada salasilah sanad dan ilmu riwayah hadis berdasarkan disiplin dan konsep yang ditetapkan mengikut kaedah cUlūm al-Ḥadīth. Bagi mencapai objektif kajian, reka bentuk kajian yang digunakan ialah dengan menganalisis kandungan teks dan sanad hadis. Penyelidikan ini juga tertumpu kepada sumber hadis, status sahabat dan kaedah penyampaian riwayat seperti yang direkodkan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa jalur periwayatan Shamharūsh ini adalah ringkas, paling tinggi dan dekat dengan Rasulullah SAW di zaman mutakhir ini. Namun, hadisnya ditolak kerana masalah latar belakangnya yang majhūl.

 

The purpose of this article is to analyse, compare and evaluate the authenticity of ḥadīth al-Raḥmah al-Musalsal bi al-Awwaliyyah narrated by two prominent hadith scholars of the 20th century from Morocco, al-Ḥāfidh Aḥmad bin Muḥammad al-Ṣiddīq al-Ghumārī (1380 H) and al-Muḥaddith Muḥammad cAbd Al-Ḥayy Al-Kattānī (1382 H/1962 M). In their narration, both these scholars reported the chain of authorities to a jinn narrator known as Shamharūsh who allegedly was one of the companion of the prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H. The methodology adopted is based on the science of hadiths, the concept and discipline provided in cUlūm al-Ḥadīth, specifically the analyzation of texts and chain of narration. Further studies on the source of hadiths, the status of the companion as well as manner of how the hadiths were recorded were also looked into in achieving the objective of this research. Based on this evaluation, it was found that there was an interruption in the line of reporting by Shamharūsh notwithstanding that the chain of narration is concise and very close to Rasulullah P.B.U.H. On this basis, the hadith was rejected given the unknown background of the narrator.
