مفهوم الوقاية الصحية البدنية في القرآن والسنة واستعمالاتها

 ملخص البحث

إن المحافظة على الصحة البدنية تدخل ضمن إحدى الضروريات ولو بوجه من الوجوه التي أمرنا الإسلام بالمحافظة عليها وهي الدين والنفس والمال والنسل والعقل، ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث ليبين مفهوم الوقاية الصحية البدنية واستعمالاتها من خلال القرآن الكريم والسنة  النبوية وذلك من باب الاهتمام بتحديد حدود ومسميات المصطلحات الشرعية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الى العديد من النتائج التي من أهمها أن المصطلحات التي وردت على لسان الشرع الحنيف، لا يعتري معناها التغيير ولا التبديل، وأن القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، هما المنهج الوقائي قبل أن يكونا منهجا علاجيا، من أخذ بهما وبتعاليمهما، فقد حمى نفسه ومجتمعه من الأضرار والآفات الواقعة أو المتوقعة، وبهذا تكون الوقاية الصحية البدنية وهذا ما قد خلصت الدراسة.

Body Healthcare in Quran And Al-Sunnah And Its Uses

 Abstract

The body health care is included in one of the five daruriyyat, which are to guard the religion, the soul, the property, the offspring and the intellect which is also an Islamic obligation for us to preserve it. This article aims to discuss the understanding of the body health care and the use of the term 'health' in the perspective of the Qur’an and al-Sunnah. The focus of the discussion will also be highlighted on the definitions and terms of syara '. The methodology of this study is using qualitative methods. The findings show that syar'i terms cannot accept changes and conversion. Manhaj from Qur’an and al-Sunnah as a preventive way before it becomes a healer. Those makes the Qur'an and al-Sunnah as a preventive way; therefore, they have kept himself and his people from harm and distress.
