Abstract

Abstrak

Keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan merupakan sebuah bidang yang sering mendapat perhatian pelbagai pihak dan sebuah gerakan governans global. Idea peneraju yang berdasarkan idea maklumat saintifik merupakan rujukan utama kepada pihak berkepentingan dalam menyelesaikan isu kemerosotan kualiti udara dalaman. Maklumat saintifik ini juga merupakan asas dalam pembentukan perundangan dan bukan perundangan keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan. Antaranya adalah Akta Kilang dan Jentera (AKJ) 1967, Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (AKKP) 1994 dan Tataamalan Kualiti Udara Dalaman Industri (ICOP IAQ) 2010. Bagi kaedah melalui bukan perundangan seperti Sistem Pengurusan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (OSHMS).

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is a field that often gets the attention of various stakeholders and a movement of global governance. The main idea based on ideas of scientific information is a key reference to stakeholders in resolving the issue of indoor air quality deterioration. This scientific information is also a foundation in the formulation of legislation and non-legislative occupational safety and health. Among them are the Factory and Machinery Act 1967, Occupational Safety and Health Act (AKKP) 1994 and Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality (ICOP IAQ) 2010. For non-legal methods such as the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).
