Penentu Faktor Peramal Pengekalan Pekerjaan Dalam Kalangan Klien AADK
Abstract
Pekerjaan merupakan elemen terpenting dalam mengubah kualiti kesinambungan kehidupan dan kepulihan seseorang bekas penagih. Kajian ini bertujuan mengukur tahap pengekalan (sustainability) para klien Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan (AADK) dalam dunia pekerjaan. Kajian kuantitatif ini dijalankan dengan menggunakan reka bentuk tinjauan keratan-lintang. Seramai 130 orang klien AADK yang telah bekerja dipilih sebagai responden kajian. Data yang diperolehi telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan ujian deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan majoriti klien AADK boleh bertahan secara relatifnya antara 1-2 tahun bergantung kepada faktor gaji, persekitaran kerja, minat dan kemahiran. Dapatan kajian ini memberi implikasi bahawa, bekas klien cenderung kekal 1-2 tahun sahaja sekiranya gaji dan pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan kehendak mereka. Hasil kajian juga mendapati, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesesuaian individu dalam pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja denga motivasi. Justeru, kajian ini mampu mengubah persepsi dan pandangan majikan terhadap inisitatif klien untuk konsisten dalam pekerjaan yang diceburi disamping menambahbaik polisi sedia ada khusus memberi insentif kepada klien untuk konsisten dalam dunia pekerjaan yang diceburi.
