Kesahan dan Kebolehpercayaan Aspects of Identity Questionnaire (AIQ-IV) di Malaysia: Analisis Faktor Penerokaan
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan instrumen Aspects of Identity Questionnaire (AIQ-IV) yang diterjemahkan kepada Bahasa Melayu semasa peringkat kajian rintis. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 150 orang kaunselor profesional dari seluruh Malaysia yang dipilih melalui kaedah persampelan rawak mudah. Kajian ini berbentuk tinjauan dengan menggunakan soal selidik. Instrumen Aspects of Identity Questionnaire (AIQ-IV) terdiri daripada empat subskala iaitu peribadi, sosial, kolektif dan hubungan dengan jumlah item sebanyak 35 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Analisis faktor penerokaan mengektrakkan empat faktor dalam identiti iaitu peribadi, sosial, kolektif dan hubungan dengan 20 item dikekalkan. Instrumen Aspects of Identity Questionnaire (AIQ-IV) mempunyai kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan yang baik untuk kegunaan bidang kaunseling dan psikologi di Malaysia. Penemuan ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya mengesahkan instrumen yang diterjemahkan kepada bahasa yang berbeza.
