Kajian Perbezaan Jantina dan Faktor Berkaitan dengan Tingkahlaku Kewargaan Organisasi dalam Kalangan Sukarelawan Sukan Sea (Gender Study and Factors Related The Organization's Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Among Sea Games Volunteers)

Abstract


Matlamat kajian ini adalah adalah untuk mengenalpasti faktor-faktor psikologi yang mempengaruhi tingkahlaku kewargaan organisasi (TKO) dalam kalangan sukarelawan yang terlibat Temasya Kuala Lumpur 2017 yang diadakan di sekitar Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kaedah tinjauan secara atas talian dengan kerjasama Kementerian Belia dan Sukan. Satu set alat ujian psikometrik dengan 40 item yang merangkumi tiga instrumen iaitu Soal Selidik Personaliti, Soal Selidik Motivasi Pencapaian dan Soal Selidik Tingkahlaku Sukarelawan Berkesan telah ditadbir ke atas peserta kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah deskriptif dan korelasi dengan bantuan perisian komputer iaitu ‘Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows’ (SPSS for Windows). Kajian mendapati majoriti sukarelawan yang terlibat dalam Temasya Kuala Lumpur 2017 adalah perempuan dalam kalangan generasi Z yang berusia di antara 16 hingga 25 tahun serta berasal daripada kawasan zon Malaysia Tengah. Umumnya, terdapat perbezaan bagi jantina lelaki dan perempuan dalam Tingkahlaku Kewargaan Organisasi(TKO) di mana perempuan mempunyai nilai TKO yang lebih tinggi. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa kesemua faktor personaliti iaitu keterbukaan, kehematan, ektroversi, kepersetujuan dan kestabilan emosi mempunyai hubungan dengan TKO. Selain itu, kajian ini membuktikan dua faktor personaliti iaitu ektroversi dan kebimbangan berbeza mengikut jantina di mana lelaki didapati mempunyai personaliti ektroversi dan kestabilan emosi yang lebih tinggi berbanding perempuan. Menariknya, kajian ini juga membuktikan bahawa lelaki dan wanita memilih faktor personaliti yang sama iaitu kehematan adalah faktor yang paling utama mempengaruhi semangat untuk membantu kerja-kerja sukarelawan. Implikasi kajian ini berjaya mengetengahkan kepentingan ciri-ciri kehematan yang tinggi sebagai satu elemen penting dalam membuat saringan pemilihan sebagai seorang sukarelawan.
