MUHAMMAD IQBAL’S POLITICAL AND NATIONAL THOUGHT
Pemikiran Politik dan Kenegaraan Muhammad Iqbal
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to expose the political thought of Muhammad Iqbal and to see what he thinks about the policy and administration concept of the country. The article is using the qualitative descriptive analysis method. The findings of the study showed that since this Islamic country is based on the God's sovereignty, the principle of tauhid has become the fundamental development among the Muslims (Millat) through individual’s character development based on similarity, solidarity and freedom guided by the revelation of the Prophetic tradition.
