Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kewujudan perbezaan dasar perjuangan parti politik yang berbeza-beza di Malaysia mewujudkan kancah politik yang rencam. Keadaan sedemikian adalah disebabkan dasar sesebuah parti politik yang ingin memperjuangkan hak bangsa masing-masing tanpa mewujudkan persefahaman bersama. Justeru, adalah menjadi tujuan penulisan kertas kerja ini untuk menganalisis parti politik dan dasar perjuangan di kawasan DUN Pengkalan Pasir, Pasir Mas, Kelantan. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah mengumpul data lapangan yang melibatkan soal selidik, temu bual dan pemerhatian di lapangan. Teknik menganalisis data digunakan dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 18.0. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa 38 peratus responden menyatakan mereka faham tentang maksud dasar perjuangan parti politik yang dibawa oleh parti politik di kawasan kajian. Seterusnya, 44 peratus responden berpendapat bahawa dasar perjuangan parti politik yang dibawa berjaya untuk mempengaruhi pemikiran mereka untuk menyokong parti politik terbabit dalam pilihan raya. Seterusnya, 58 peratus responden menganggap bahawa parti politik yang memperjuangkan agama Islam yang akan mewujudkan kancah politik yang stabil di kawasan kajian. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini penting kerana dapat menambah ilmu pengetahuan, menambah data berkaitan kajian politik pilihan raya dan mampu mewujudkan golongan pemilih atau pengundi yang berdisiplin melalui agenda atau dasar perjuangan parti politik yang bertanding. Diharap dengan adanya kajian ini ianya akan dijadikan sebagai rujukan kepada ahli politik, NGO dan pengkaji lain mengenai politik semasa di dalam negara.

ABSTRACT

TThe existence of differences in the struggle policies of different political parties in Malaysia creates a colourful political arena. Such a situation is due to the policy of a political party that wants to fight for the rights of their respective races without creating mutual understanding. Therefore, it is the purpose of writing this article to analyze political parties and struggle policies in the Pengkalan Pasir state legislative assembly, Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This study uses a field data collection method that involves questionnaires, interviews and field observations. Data analysis techniques were used using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0. The results of the study found that 38 percent of the respondents stated that they knew about the meaning of the political party struggle policy carried by political parties in Malaysia. Next, 44 per cent of the respondents thought that the struggle policies of the political parties brought were successful in influencing their thinking to support the political parties involved in the elections. Furthermore, 58 percent of respondents think that political parties that fight for Islam will create a stable political arena in Malaysia. In conclusion, this study is important because it can add knowledge, add data related to the study of election politics and be able to create a disciplined group of voters or voters through the agenda or policy of the struggle of the political party contesting. It is hoped that with this study it will be used as a reference for politicians, NGOs and other researchers on current politics in the country.
