Analisis Kepimpinan dalam Meredah Kabut

Artikel ini menganalisis aspek kepimpinan dalam kehidupan remaja berdasarkan teks Meredah Kabut karya Zaharudin Pilus dari perspektif pendekatan moral. Pendekatan moral melihat kejadian alam bukan sesuatu kewujudan yang berbentuk alat atau benda tetapi bersifat sebagai pengalaman hidup. Hasil kajian mendapati teks ini menyentuh aspek kepimpinan seperti pemimpin keluarga, remaja, agama, belia dan kampung. Semua peristiwa yang dilalui oleh manusia menyerlahkan pelbagai ragam dan perlakuan serta hubungan manusia yang melihat aspek-aspek positif dan negatif untuk dijadikan cerminan perbandingan serta contoh teladan. Elemen ini memberi pengalaman dan pengetahuan dalam kehidupan remaja.

ABSTRACT

 

The aim of this article is to analyse leadership aspect in adolescent life based on text Meredah Kabut by Zaharudin Pilus from the moral approach perspective. The moral approach view of nature is not something shaped tool or object but is a life experience. The results of this study found the text touches leadership aspects such as family leaders, adolescent, religious, youth and villagers. All events are traversed by humans manifold and treatment as well as human relationships are seeing the positive aspects and negative to be a reflection of the comparison as well as role models. This element provides experience and knowledge in the adolescent life.
