UNDERSTANDING THE POSITION OF WORKING WOMEN ACCORDING TO ISLAM
Kefahaman Terhadap Kedudukan Wanita Bekerjaya Menurut Islam
Abstract
Understanding careers according to Islam among women is crucial to ensure that their essential roles within the household are not neglected. Some working women prioritize their careers and use them as a means to engage more socially, sometimes neglecting family needs and crossing the boundaries set by Islam. This article will explain the concept of working according to Islam, the role of working women in Islam, and the conditions outlined by Islam. Document analysis based on printed materials was chosen for this study. It is hoped that the findings of this study will benefit all stakeholders by providing understanding and clarification regarding the position of working women according to Islam.
